Who we are
We are a team of change-makers who believe that every helping hand can raise a child and create a better future for them.
We started extending help to needy children and youth who were eager to study and work for a better life. This moment intensified when we found that there were many such underprivileged children who needed help with food, shelter and education. Our team expanded and we spread out in different regions to make sure we cover all possible areas and help as many children as possible.
We now run shelter homes, schools and a reasonable mess that helps such needy young people. We also have our helpline offices spread throughout the country so one can approach us anytime they need help.

Whether it is a reassuring conversation, financial help, education, professional training, or simply the assurance that they are not alone, we will make sure that everyone gets support that meets them where they’re at as quickly as possible.

Our Founder
Founder – Salam Islamic Charity Organisation
Aisha Nakuya (Founded in 2025)
Salam Islamic Charity Organisation was founded in 2025 by Aisha Nakuya with a sincere intention to serve humanity through the values and teachings of Islam. Guided by principles of compassion (rahmah), justice (adl), and generosity (sadaqah), Aisha envisioned an organisation dedicated to uplifting vulnerable individuals and communities with dignity and care.
Inspired by a deep sense of responsibility to Allah and the Ummah, Aisha Nakuya established the organisation to provide transparent, ethical, and impactful humanitarian support. The charity focuses on assisting orphans, widows, the poor, and disadvantaged communities through sustainable aid, relief programs, and community empowerment initiatives.
Aisha leads Salam Islamic Charity Organisation with humility, integrity, and commitment, believing that meaningful charity goes beyond giving—it restores hope, strengthens communities, and creates lasting change. Through sincere intention and collective effort, the organisation strives to be a source of peace, mercy, and positive impact for all those it serves.
